Fiona CraigBA (Hons), PG.Cert. (Clin.hyp) BSCH (Assoc)
Based in Kent I offer a natural and safe method of therapeutic hypnosis that can help you to achieve goals, break unwanted habits and settle anxieties. I am trained by the London College of Clinical Hypnosis and registered with the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis. I am still very much involved with the LCCH in that I attend their training programmes in London as a class supervisor and tutor. What is HypnosisHypnosis is a natural, effective way of making contact with the inner (subconscious) self, a source of many of our problems as well as a tremendous reservoir of unrecognised potential strength and knowledge.
Modern hypnosis is used not only for medical purposes, but also as an aid for the resolution of many problems of psychological origins. Hypnosis is not sleep, it is a fully conscious cognitive state that allows heightened awareness, creativity and the absorption of beneficial learnings. Hypnotic states are characterised by a tremendously pleasant state of deep relaxation akin to the feeling between wakefulness and sleep. It is estimated that approximately 85% of people of all age groups will readily respond to clinical hypnotherapy. It is often successful when other, more conventional methods of treatment have failed. Hypnotherapy is completely natural and safe and there are no harmful side effects. The benefits are long lasting and often permanent. To help ensure a successful outcome all that is needed is a personal motive and desire for positive outcome. Practice address and locations
